What attracted me to take my photograph was: texture, lines, and patterns. It looked like a big mouth drooling. I thought it was kind of gross, yet kind of cool. To make my photograph appealing I used Texture and Pattern, Framing, Rule of thirds, Focal point of interest, Monochromatic Colour combinations.
A question I have about the subject of my photograph is: Why is the tree drooling? Why is sap oozing out?
To improve my photo, I would change my position slightly or maybe change my aperture.
